Getting a smart cover. What goes good with that?

I am going to get one of the smart covers for my Ipad 2. I am just trying to decide what else I am going to get with it. One of the thoughts I had was a nice neoprene case. I wonder about the fit with a smart cover though. Another thought I had was a Best Skins Ever that just protects the back. At the same time though, I think I would miss the grip of a neoprene case.

For those of you with smart covers, what else are you getting case wise or accessories wise?

Just Smart Cover

So far I just have the Smart Cover. I find myself though either setting it down with the cover side down, or on top of a towel or a piece of paper, so the back does not get scratched.
