Getting a theme from the comp to iphone

I have all the necessary apps, i was even able to get the theme to my phone to where it appears in winterboard.

heres the part i dont get, when i apply the theme , it doesnt work.

if anyone has any experience with this, please post some themes and maybe some steps to getting it to work.
