Getting apps from iPhone to Mac

I downloaded Tris when it was still on the App Store, and it's still on my iPhone. However, the .ipa file is missing from my Mac. Is there any way for me to download the app from the phone to the computer?

I think you can sycn it and iTunes will copy your Tris to the computer. Not sure so search around before trying.
