Getting Aqua Scroll Bars Back

I used an installer package to change the default scrollbars in Leopard to the iTunes style ones. After using them for a while, I'm just not liking them system-wide. The installer has no uninstall feature, so I'm kind of stuck.

Can somebody post the original Extras.rsrc files, or guide me to a package that can restore the default bars?
