At work the only wifi requires consent to terms and conditions. iPhone disconnects from it when I put the phone in my pocket. I have to reconnect every time I wake the phone up.
And I turn the cellular signal off on my phone because there is no cellular signal and it drains the battery if I leave it on.

and my watch still gets phone calls and emails. My AW3 is GPS only.

weird...

Maybe the watch is connected to the WiFi and doesn’t drop connection like the phone?

Watch and Phone connect over bluetooth as well, so wifi isn't necessary. Unless I'm misunderstanding your issue...

NVM... i read it as you turned cellular off on your watch, not your phone. just ignore me.
[doublepost=1537285738][/doublepost]Are you putting your phone in airplane mode? or just turning off cellular data in control center? Maybe calls are still getting through? I dunno...
