I just got a MBP C2D and so far have been extremely happy with it. One thing that bothers me is that I can not seem to get the digital out working at all. I have a pair of Boston speakers + subwoofer that support digtal out. The digital cable is connected to my MBP via a adapter and it worked fine in Windows if I plugged it into the headphone port there. In OSX, when I plug it in, I get no sound at all. The sound utility seems to recognize that something is plugged in. In Windows, I remember having to set "Digital out only" in the sound properties on my desktop, but I don't see such an option in OSX. Any ideas?
