Getting error -1 after restoring

I usually google every error I get but when I google this, I get all the other errors except from this one.
When I restore my 3GS, when it's completely full on the iPhone and in iTunes, it will stay right there for about 1 minute and then I get the -1 error. Is there any fix for this ?
