Getting free AT&T phone then selling

Hey fellas, I know there's threads on this, but I'm curious if anyone has gotten a free AT&T phone from Amazon.com (with a 2yr), then flipping it onto ebay?... and in the process of doing this not getting charged the $250 from Amazon's behalf (b/c of rules and regulations)?

I am thinking of doing this as well. What free ATT phone has the highest resale value?

I probably wont bother with amazon. I was thinking of just getting a free RAZR or something from an ATT store, and then upgrading to the iPhone plan a few hours later.
