1 I need a YouTube video downloaded, so far I use McTube pro and video tube me both don't download videos at all.

2. Is there a weather program that updates in the background like android? Like every 30 minutes or so, the ones u found I have to manually update them myself.

The answer to all of your problems is to go to another OS.

Thanks for all the help guys, I appreciate it. I'm waiting for a jailbreak.

Weather Live seems to update often enough and it displays the temp in a little red badge on the icon so you don't have to open the app for just that.

1. Those apps exist. This is the one I'm using and there's also a free version with ads. I've just finished downloading a video off Youtube using that app.

2. The easiest one is the stock weather widget in the notification bar. Here's a reference on how to use it.

Actually the apps you want exists in the App Store.

1. Try finding it. I know it is available, but I forgot the name.

2. Use WeatherON app. Updates frequently with the right temperature as a badge for the icon.

Is there a program that puts a pass code on any app I choose?

Kind of; it is the lock screen, you enter a password for access to all of your apps :D

I also suggest Weather On, nice little app and having the current temp on the icon badge is a nice touch. Also like others have said just swipe down the notification center to see the built in weather app, get updated when you swipe down.
