So, my wife has a huge collection of cookbooks on both her iPhone and iPad. Many, we purchased from iTunes but still many more, I got off Amazon and converted to ePub for use on our iDevices.

So, the problem now is, I want to get all of these books transferred to our Mac so we can get em onto our new iDevices and there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

The iTunes purchases, of course, transfer fine via iTunes by selecting "Transfer Purchases" but the ones I bought off Amazon and converted just sit on the iPhone and iPad.

Am I screwed, or is there a third party app that actually works to rip ALL of my books off the iDevices? I've been researching like crazy and can't find anything that seems to work.

Select sync books in iTunes. Then you should see them in iBooks on the Mac.
