Getting iMac repaired by CompUSA

Has anyone gotten their mac repaired by CompUSA? I'm about to get mines repaired and want to make sure if they're any good. The Apple Store is simply to far for me, so that's out of the question.

My iMac (iSight) just needs a new Superdrive and over the phone the Apple repairman from my CompUSA says it'll take about a week (hopefully that's true).
