Hello,

I've been watching over the last few months about the 3G iphone and i'm 100% certain I want a 16GB one (Already have a 16GB touch so need to keep up). The only problem is, I can't get a contract for one because you need to be 18. Is there any way I can get a 16GB iPhone 3G on £35 P/M contract with 02?

All replies appreciated :)

yes - get someone else to set it up, and you just pay for it

there is no way they will let you go on contract if you aren't 18

Don't know much about the UK policies, but in the US I beieve you can have a parent co-sign with you. Not 100% that it's true for the US and not even 1% sure that it's the case for you. But something to look into.

In the UK, the applicant for a mobile phone contract must be the legal age of 18. You will have to convince a parent or guardian to sign the contract for you.

Whether you or that person pays for the contract itself, is your business.

O2 will not condone you signing for the contract while your still 17, it's illegal, in the UK.
