I will be leaving for Norway on the 23rd of June for a month and really want the new iPhone. Is there a way i can get it early/can I get it in Norway?

Are you going to be in Norway for a while? Say a month? Because the iPhone 4 will be released some time in July in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
But I would recommend you to buy in the US, if you normally live in the US. Mostly because of warranty.
I´m guessing you want to buy it without a contract, so unlocking won't be a problem.

contact Gizmodo if you want to get the new iPhone earlier than the rest of us. Norway will not be in the first wave of release, and their is no way to get it early (legally).
How about just buy it when you get back? Really, I'm sure Apple would still be selling the iPhone after the 24th.
