I purchased a new At&T iPhone 4 from ebay and am currently using it with t-mobile with a Gevey sim. Problem is, is that the battery doesn't last more than an hour now and i have a feeling its a defective battery or something else is wrong with it. It's never been dropped nor does it have any water damage.
Now would apple repair/replace the iPhone if i were to bring it in, even though i dont have a contract through At&T? Or does it not matter?

It has a valid warranty til december

Maybe you just figured out why it was for sale on ebay.

Anyways, I don;t think Apple cares if you on ATT. Then again, are you SURE it has a warranty?

then again, if is jailbroken (just asking), you may have other issues.

You can replace the battery yourself for not a whole lot of money. You can buy a replacement from ifixit.com. Very easy to do.
