I have an iPhone 5 that I purchased on launch day last year (9/30). I've had it replaced once at the Apple store because the battery was heating up. Now the power button is not working right, is the warranty fully active till 9/30 of this year or will they give me a hard time if I go in for a replacement?

If it's just the power button not working then they can repair it in store.

No need for a brand new unit, but guess it depends on the genius you talk to.
