Getting Iphone5 replaced ?

What is the best way to get your iPhone 5 replaced. I have a couple scratched and dings and never like to have a bear up phone. It is JB and will restore before I go to do so. I have apple care plan. Can I go in and state I want a replacement pay 50 and be done or do I have to have a claim like the speaker keeps cutting out ect...????? Any input would be great

Restore the device and check if the speaker cuts out still. If it does you could possibly get a free replacement.

The speaker works, he just wants an excuse to get them to replace it!

But OP, just go in and if you have AC+ they should give you a new one for 50 bucks. If they don't, 'accidentally' drop it and smash the screen and say you want one then

Only thing is it will probably be running 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 which is un-jailbreakable, so you'll lose that.

That is what I thought that I could go in and do for $$$. I thought there is a JB out for 6.1.4 no??
If there isn't one out there is it because ios7 is weeks away?

Nope.

Well I went in with a "cloudy earpiece volume" they cleaned and said return when it happens again. Walked around the mall for a moment went back and new phone. No replacement fee this time. But I did lose my JB for now.
