Getting Ipod Songs on Iphone (Please Help)

Hi.

I am trying to figure out how to get my nano songs on to my Iphone.

I have both devices hooked up to the computer and can see them there. When I try to drag my Ipod's playlist to my Iphone it has the "no" sign. If I can't sync the Ipod songs onto my Iphone I'm in for a really long night.

Any advise?
