iPod touch Getting iPod to restore

So I jailbroke it no problem, but somewhere in installing Summerboard I must have messed up, because I can only see the apple logo. Don't be an idiot and tell me to search...I did a ton of that, but nothing seems to work. I can get the iPod to tell me to connect to iTunes, but iTunes won't recognize it so I can't get it to restore. I've tried this a ton (hard reset), but nothing gives. Any suggestions?

I've tried all of that about a million times, but it still won't budge. It was fine until I tried to manually install Summerboard. After I restarted, it just stayed with the logo. Is there any other place I can get my iPod's IP address (other than settings>wifi>etc?

Reinstall iTunes (download from the Apple website)

did that and restarted the computer too. Still, no luck.
