Getting iPod touch....help?

Ok guys, I have a opportunity to get a NIB 32gb iPod Touch w/Applecare for $460 shipped. Is this a good deal?
So...if i do get this I would have to get rid of my 30gb iPod 5.5, how much would this be worth? It has LOTS of scratches on the back, and it would come with a 30 dollar case. Besides scratches it is perfect.

Well, I paid $472 for mine last week (plus tax), so 460 shipped seems sweet to me, especially if no tax on top of that.

What is "NIB"? The ONLY thing I can guess is Not In Box.

Don't expect too much for the 30GB, I would say around $150 give or take a bit.

Thats good, so if i paid retail it would be $499 + $60 for applecare, so i am saving 100 bucks!

Seems like a good deal to me. i got mine from amazon for $495 shipped plus a free 1gb shuffle which i sold for $50, but no applecare.
