I use Image Capture on my Mac to transfer all of my photos and videos, though it seems that Live Photos do not transfer this way and only transfer as still .JPG files.
1. Is using the Photos program the only way of getting the Live Photo conversion to a video on my Mac?
2. I am going through all of my photos and deleting them off the phone, except the Live Photos. Is there a way to determine which are Live Photos without having to open the image? It seems like when you do open a Live Photo it begins playing automatically? Do all Live Photos play automatically when you open the image on the phone?
3. Is there a way of preserving the Live Photo format, so after transferring it to my Mac, if I want to put it back on my phone, can I make it into a Live Photo again somehow?
