Getting Mac App store to recognize already purchased apps

Hey everyone,
Short story: I've got iLife '11, iWork '09 and Factime HD. However, the Mac App store does not recognize that I have these installed, therefore I don't receive updates and such. When I go to the store, it has the option to buy the apps. Is there any way to fix this?

Nope, they were all installed before the App store existed...

Correct Except I thought Facetime was App-Store only.

Yeah; which mine has. However, the App Store does not recognize that either.

That's because it did not come from the App Store.
