Since that update whenever I leave home (without MacBook) I get the notification. My MacBook says "Find my mac" is OFF. I know how to enable/disable this for my AirTags but I don't see a way to disable this for my MacBook. I never explicitly enabled it, it just started happening after updating my mac and phone.

Thoughts?
Thanks

My MacBook says "Find my mac" is OFF.
This isn't always accurate. Sometimes it will say it's off when it's actually on.

On your iPhone, go to Find My -> Devices -> MacBook Air -> Turn off Notify When Left Behind. Or you can leave it on, but not have it notify you when it's at certain locations (i.e. home & work).

For Find My for my MacBook there is an option to notify when found (already off) but no option to turn on or off notify when left behind. I do have such an option for my AirPods and AirTags, but for some reason no such option shows for my MacBook.
I decided for now to "remove" it from my iPhone's list of devices.
