I dont want to automatically be 'subscribed to threads' i think its wrong if i want to know whats happening in a thread i will bookmark it its causing havoc on my email and i want it to go away its like there punishing me for being active in the forums.

(and i dont want to click unsubscribe from every thread everytime i post in a thread) how do you just make that service inactive or delete my email from the servers

Just go to your user preferences and change it so that you don't subscribe to new threads. They have it so that when you sign up you subscribe by default, but you can change it.

Thank you i had a look before posting this but i over looked it and after carefully going back through i found it, thanks again.

By the way "Do not subscribe" is the default. We avoid having our software send you any email you don't want.
