Apple has an Up to Date program but it's usually for Macs bought closer to release (after they announce pricing.) you'll probably have to buy it.

When Mountain Lion came out Apple had a program called "up to date" where if you bought a Mac with the last six weeks of the ML release date, you got ML free. It is a safe bet they will do the same this time, but it has not been announced yet.
