Greetings all,

I borrowed my brothers SD800 for a trip of mine and ended up shooting quite a few movies along with pictures.

I normally shoot with my SLR so I don't have any movie clips, so I got rid of iPhoto a while back and replaced it with Adobe Lightroom. Unfortunately Lightroom doesn't support importing of movie clips.

Besides installing some Canon software to retrieve the movie clips, are there any other options?

I remember in XP, it had a built in digital camera wizard that lets you copy and paste files off the camera. Any such thing for Mac?

I always use Finder, but I believe there is something called Image Capture.app.

Yeah, I use Finder too, just go into the appropriate folder and drag and drop them to the folder you want them in on your comp. Delete off the camera if you want too. My iPhoto doesn't import my Nikon's videos so unless there's a setting I don't know about you'd still have this problem if you were running iPhoto.
