Getting movies to iPad from aperture ..

I use aperture and I import movies to it.

I find that it is extremely hard to get movies from aperture into the iPad.
Let's say I want something in imovie for iPad. First I have to export the video from aperture to the desktop and then open itunes file manager for imovie, etc ...

Is there by chance a quicker/easier way? Please? :)
