Getting my Apps Back

Hello all,
I used to have an iPhone 2G previously (and i lost it like a month back)..and yesterday i got my new iPhone4. But the problem is that, i formatted my laptop last week ( which i used to sync with my previous iPhone )..

I have an itunes account and i bought many Apps with my previous iPhone. Is there any way, i can restore them ? Can i get them back ?

You must use the iTunes account which you used to purchase apps in the past. You can go back into the iTunes store and re-purchase those apps. As long as they are the same apps you will be able to download them again for free. You will need to click the 'buy' button, though. You will receive a notice after logging in (i/a) that because you purchased it in the past it is a free download.
