What should I do first, charge it up or use what's on it first, then charge? MBP btw

Thanks

Charge it.
Use it.
Charge it again wait till it's full. Leave it plugged in for two hours.

Unplug it. Use it as per normal, let it run on battery, you can let it sleep and continue your work at a later time etc if you want. This doesn't affect battery calibration.

Use it till you see that it is warning you that you are on reserve. Save up your work. Leave your mbp to rest for 12 - 24 hours.

Then charge it up to full again.

Hope this helps.

I started mine off by plugging it in, letting it get fully charged and leaving it plugged for 3 hours or so to let the battery rest, then run it to empty and leave it off overnight, plug it in the next day.

but it really doesn't matter THAT much, as long as you calibrate it eventually.
