Should I migrate all of my data to the new HD?

I bought a 750GB 7200RPM drive from OWC with Express.

I don't have much I want to keep really, just my 60GB of music. But I'm not sure if starting fresh would be better, or if migrating everything would be better.

Also, should I make a bootable copy of 10.8 on a USB drive, or use the CD (10.6) that came with the Macbook? (It's a 2010 MBP 13", 2.4 Duo, 8GB RAM.)

One more thing... If I chose to migrate everything, would it also copy the OS to the new drive?

Thanks guys!

I also get the idea that you can choose what you migrate over with migration assistant from the OWC tutorial on step 3.

When using the Migration Assistant after a fresh install, can you migrate with a USB external drive? (Old HD in USB enclosure)

Sorry for all the questions, guys.
