ok, so I've had my iphone a week today, and everythings fine except that when i try to use the mic on the earphones, it doesn't pick up my voice very well, or not at all.
I tried asking at the O2 store, but they were no help (and pretty rude) so what is the right number to call apple on? last time i tried i went through 3 different tech people all trying to fix my loudspeaker, despite me repeating that it was the microphone on my earphones that was the problem :s
