Getting Palm OS calendar to iPhone

I have been learning how to get things done on this new iPhone but I don't know how to move my calendar info from my Palm LifeDrive. Is there a way to do this or do I have to input everything from scratch. That would take a lot of time.

Also, how do I get to a calendar on the iPhone?

I am sure I will have many more questions before I'm done.
