It must be too early in the morning because I just can't figure it out and searching for it just brings up other threads. I am trying to get the photos off my iPhone 4 onto my windows 7 computer. I synced the iphone and found the "ipod photo cache" folder but not seeing any pics. Any one know how to see the photos on the computer without e-mailing them all to myself? Thanks in advance.

Getting photos onto my comp from my iPhone

If you have photos in the Camera Roll on your phone, Windows should auto run the camera and scanner wizard. However, if it doesn't, then go to Computer, right click on the iPhone in the list and select Import photos. That will send them to the Pictures folder on the computer. No need to do any manual moving of pictures from the folders of the phone.
