iPhone Getting problem after jailbreaking

I have iphone4. baseband is 04.12.02 nd its factory unlocked... i was downgrading my phone io6 to ios5 with red snow... and everything done installed cydia with red snow... its works properly but when i restarted my iphone all cydia app and cydia not work.... when i click on cydia its open and closed.... plz help me how cydia will still work after rebooting phone... thanks

Sounds like a terhered jailbreak.

In redsn0w got to extras/just boot and follow instructions.

which firmware are you on now?

For 5.01 install corona untether in cydia
For 5.1.1 install rocky racoon untether in cydia

baseband 04.12.02...

plz tell me the step... how cydia will still work after restarting the iphone...
