Getting RAW pictures into Photos

How do I get the RAW pictures shot on my iPhone or iPad imported into Photos on my mac. Ive been using Lightroom mobile but that whole process is a huge time consumer. Are there any third party apps that support RAW capture and then put the RAW directly into my photo library?
 
Look in the App Store for a camera app that will capture in raw and put the image into camera roll where Photos can import it.
