So today I ordered a replacement iPhone 4 with AppleCare using ARS. It will be arriving tomorrow! Fast!

I'm wondering if I will be getting a refurb and if I should be worried about this? I've heard that refurbished units are "refurbished" with new parts, so it is essentially "new". And refurbs go through 2 different quality control layers. 1. Factory 2. Refurb inspection.

According to this guy I met at my local mall, he told me his brother-in-law is working for Apple and according to him, he said the refurb. ones are way better than the brand new units as they are being personally reinstall almost everything by human and inspected as well.

What was wrong with your original phone? Is this your first exchange?
