Getting rid of Front Row

As Apple remote interferes ad works with Plex and Front Row at the same time, I have tried to delete Front Row (as I don't use this app at all) but I don't get results at all, meaning that Front Frow is still working. Is it possible either delete Front Row or make Front Row ignore IR signals from Apple Remote?
