Getting rid of sound when taking a screen shot?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the shutter sound when taking a screen shot? Thanks.

If you're using shortcuts (Cmd + Shift + 1 through 4), there is no sound.

If you're using Grab (Applications > Utilities) you can go to the Preferences (Cmd + ,) and click on the Enable Sound checker.
