Getting rid of the Disk Not Ejected Properly Notice.

I cannot clear this notice. It is for my Samsung external SSD. Its Thunderbolt cable was accidentally pulled out, and now I am getting this Disk notice. The eject tab just removes the SSD from access, and I have to restart the Mac to get the drive back. Looking online this is a nagging issue, for a long time. Is there a fix?

Tried something like Jettison app?

I solved the problem. I had this drive plugged into an OWC-powered Thunderbolt hub. It turns out the OWC hub has its own disconnect tab. I plugged the Samsung SSD into the Mac Studio restarted it and the alert ended.
