Getting safari to pin websites to the dock to make them run/look like native apps?

Is it possible to get safari to pin websites to the dock to make them run/look like native apps? I use google Photos, google maps and LastPass a lot , so I want to be able to pin those apps and have them on the left side of the dock and also have them get a proper icon, I can pin them but they just stay on the right side of the dock and get a general "web" icon :/
