So for school I am using a homework organizer called Schoolhouse which has a note-taking system but I prefer to use Microsoft Office. What I want to do is, instead of opening the built-in note-taking system (which is pretty much like text edit), I want to be able to click the "add note" button and have it open Microsoft word automatically. Can anyone tel me how to do this?
Thanks!!!

You can’t, but you can attach files to things, so you could hit “New Notes” and close the TextEdit-like window that comes up, and name your notes and everything. Then open up Word to actually take the notes, save the file, and use this area:

to attach the Word file.

Thanks. That's pertty much what I am looking for but I was wondering if I could somehow program it to do it automatically. It's not a big deal, i guess, but it would be nice to have it done with one click.
