Getting Settings Bundles To Show in Preferences.App

I have a settings bundle (can't upload it because it contains possibly contains part-apple code). I can get it to display in Settings by swapping names with another settings bundle such as NotesSettings but I get the message "There was an error loading the preference bundle"
Is there anyway to get it to display
