What would be the easiest way to format my new macbook pro and put all the files back there (those that I want with me). It's this new 2.4 i5 MBP that should be faster. I put there a time machine backup when I first started it, which I think I shouldn't have done as I think it was the second time I did it with a new laptop. MB -> MBP -> MBP with the same backup. Not a good idea. So, do I just have to take all the stuff to an external disk and manually put it back? Getting annoying this slowish working.
