Getting spam email as notifications on my iPhone and apple watch

Why the F am i getting spam email (via my icloud and apple mail) as notification on my iphone and apple watch??? The email is FFS marked as spam via icloud and the mail app (its in the junk folder), and im still receiving a notification about it? WTF!

Any solution?
