iCloud Getting texts instead of notifications for app download requests from my daughter

I setup my daughter on a new phone yesterday and her app download requests came through as text messages instead of notifications through Family Sharing, which I prefer and the way I get the requests from my other kids. Any ideas on how I can change to receive Family Sharing notifications instead of texts?
