Getting the selection from frames in safari

Hi,

I am using Webkit and Objective C to code for my plugin in Safari

I basically want to write code where i get to know whether a user has made a selection in any of the frames of the framesets, and if so, get the selection contents.

Can anyone please let me know the way i can go about doing this?
Any pointers will be appreciated
