Getting White Screen

Hello Everyone,
i am currently facing a problem in my mac. I am using x-code to application development for iphone, but after some time my screen get white, means a white rectangle will draw automatically on my screen. and i was unable to do anything on the screen, that time i just restart the system to solve this problem.
i don't have any idea why this is happening .. Can any one please help me to solve this problem.
