Gettting the 399/499 price from ATT. Upgrade date is Dec 2010 WTH?

Im using my 3GS that i got last July and im trying to upgrade to the 4 but its not giving me the 199/299 prices and im eligible in dec 2010 what gives? Single line btw

I was under the impression they moved everyone's availability up 6 months, therefore you had an upgrade date of 2011 originally, not 2010, and you were moved up 6 months. Those who were already eligible for upgrade anytime in 2010 got their upgrade eligilbility moved to now.
