Gevey for Orange Poland

I have iPhone 4s 5.1. I have gevey for 5.1 and Orange Poland is not on list. I need to input the code but 2600300 is not working. I don't have Orange Poland Sim that is why I am having difficulties to use the copy sim.

Anybody knows the exact Gevey code for Orange Poland?
