Gevey/Furiousmod help needed

Anybody using their gevey ultra sim on ios 5.1 on baseband 4.10.01 iPhone 4? Can I use furiousmod for automatic method or will I only be able to use the dial 112 method? Or none of the above? Please anybody who has tried and succeeded/failed post and I can come to a consensus.

I was using Gevey with iOS 5.01 and bb 4.10.01, but I got so tired of it never working right that I finally gave in and got a factory unlocked iPhone 4 from Apple. No more of this messing around for me! If you're willing to put up with the unlock working maybe once out of 50 or so times, then go for it. Supposedly it will work with 5.1.

What do you mean working 1 time out of 50? Do you mean that it only works when using manual method (112) or with furiousmod? Did you use furiousmod on it?

The only way that I ever got it unlocked was using the manual 112 method, and that rarely worked. So frustrating! Sorry, life is too short for such things.

on 5.0.1? It is guaranteed support by them, so there must be something wrong. I am wondering about 5.1.

Anybody else have some experience?

Yes I know that is why I ditched Gevey. I would not use it again ever.

Yep, the sim interposer/FuriousMod work for 5.0.1
Haven't heard much about 5.1 compatibility

What do you mean once out of 50 times, I have Gevey running right now with FuriousMod on iOS 5.0.1 on my iPhone 4 with practically zero problems. I even have data working just fine.

Good I did not have the same experience.
