I was wondering this as well. Haven't read much about the supreme but I'm seeing it on ebay now.
Just found this on applenberry's website. Probably a good idea to stay away I guess.

According to AppleNBerry it's fake. We sell a ton of Geveys every week so I've been trying to research it for the last few days. I'm going to order one off eBay and give it a shot anyway. The more expensive ones are only going for $15-$20 so it's worth a shot to see what happens. I'll post a review or video when it arrives.
It doesn't work as advertised.also need to dial 112.Geveypass just need to dial 112 once then it automatically unlocks the iPhone 4.

There are Out dated,iphone 4s is coming,new gevey supreme is also coming, and support iphone 4s.
